Welcome to Shri. Anandrao Abitkar College of Engineering, Pal (SAA COEP), Gargoti, Maharashtra. The newly established well settled campus of Abitkar Knowledge City (AKC). This campus is started in year 2024 and further nurtured by our visionary Chairman Hon’ble Shri. Arjun Anandrao Abitkar with the vision Empowerment through knowledge Better Education Better World. The institute is being progressed under the dynamic leadership of Hon’ble Shri. Prakashrao Anandrao Abitkar, Health Minister, Maharashtra and Gardian Minister of Kolhapur District.
Institute has well maintained lawns, trees and handy plantations leading to a healthy and pleasant environment. This institute is located in hilly area of western ghat of Budhargad Taluka. This institute offers 5 Undergraduate Programs including programs in emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering & Mechanical Engineering and 3 Diploma Engineering programs such as Artificial Intelligence and Machin Learning, Computer Science & Electrical Engineering.
The Institute has been enhanced with a new infrastructure that combines intelligent design and space articulation with ergonomically designed classrooms and laboratories featuring an impressive aesthetic. The seminar halls and classrooms are roomy, equipped with ICT, and offer high-speed internet and wi-fi. The laboratories are furnished with cutting-edge tools and software. The library boasts a comprehensive array of both printed and electronic resources, including subscriptions to numerous national and international journals, magazines, and periodicals.

In addition, faculty members engage in research on both an individual basis and through collaboration. The Institute has established various student chapters of professional organizations to achieve the holistic development of students. The Institute is located near two significant industrial areas: Shiroli MIDC in Kolhapur and the MIDC Industrial area of Gokulshirgao & Gadiglaj. the favored site for campus drives by the industries. To improve students’ employability skills, professional and technical training sessions with industries are conducted starting from the first year. Every year, all students who are interested and meet the eligibility criteria are being placed.
